Nigerian rap icon Olamide is set to release his self-titled 11th studio album, Olamidé, on June 3, 2025.
This project marks his 15th overall and is poised to be his most extensive since 2017’s Lagos Nawa, featuring 17 tracks .
Leading up to the album’s release, Olamide dropped the single “Kai” on April 28, 2025, featuring Wizkid.
“Kai” blends Olamide’s street-hardened cadence with Wizkid’s smooth melodic touch, creating a vibrant Afrobeats soundscape.
The track has garnered significant attention, charting at number 9 on the Nigeria Top 100 and reaching number 10 on the U.S. Billboard Afrobeats Songs chart .
